Spokane Trip

After my last post, Skyler reminded me he uploaded some pictures he took on his phone of our trip to Spokane.

Sky helped Hayley try on some hats :)

 We spent a nice night away, we walked down through the river front and downtown a bit. 

It was really cool to see the river so high, (borderline dangerous according to the news) Neither of us had ever been to Spokane so we toured around and did touristy things like took the gondola ride right over the falls!

 Saturday morning we drove across the border into Couer d'alene ID. 

We took a stroll around the lake at Riverstone plaza and then drove around town exploring.
We stopped at a busy little cafe for lunch (it must be good if the line is long!) turns out they filmed an episode of Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-ins and Dives there last summer. It will be on TV later this month!

Hayley's been really interested in the potty so we got her one! She was really really excited about it, she's yet to actually use it for it's intended purpose but is comfortable sitting on it for the time being :) yay!
