This last week was Spring Break
Usually we have our traveling plans all figured out far in advance,
but this time we couldn't make up our minds.
So we drove west to see my parents for a night in Kent. My sister came over and we celebrated my brother's birthday. Hayley had a great time playing with Grandma and Grandpa.
She was pretty upset when we had to leave.

Saturday morning we drove to Seattle and took the ferry across to Bremerton.
Hayley enjoyed pointing out the birds, water, houses, other babies, and running through the seats.

We drove down Hwy.101 to Seaside and spent a few days with Skyler's family.
It's so nice to have Jenna and Brenna close by in Astoria now :)
We played lots of Domino's, went to watch Abe at his swim lesson and even went down to Tillamook to see the cheese factory.
It's funny because we went to the cheese factory last year on Spring break on the way down to CA. Hayley had pretty much the same reaction to the cow statues which was terror, so the pictures from last year's trip and last week look very similar. (only Hayley is twice the size)

We drove to Portland Wednesday stopping at Grand Central Bakery for an awesome lunch on the way home. Then drove the 7 hours back to the Palouse.
After we got back we had St.Patricks day! We didn't celebrate by eating green foods but Hayley and I both wore green :)
She was pretty excited when she realized that she is tall
enough to stand on her stool and look out the window.
Just further evidence from my last posting that Hayley likes to heave herself over things.
