Getting Excited!

Wow, what a great 'Love Month'. Beautiful weather, and lots of creative juices flowing. I recently was able to attend a RS Bead night- I'm not much of a beader but I had heard how much fun it was and decided to give it a try. There were so many great ladies there, Melinda made a really good desert and I was able to make some really cute hair clips I never thought would be so easy! This month I also tried making my own Valentines Day cards, which was fun.

It's crazy to think that 4-6 weeks from now Skyler and I will have a little girl in our arms! I am so excited at times I want to put in the car seat and pack a hospital bag but I know I should hang on just a tad bit more. My doctor says everything is going really good. I'm especially excited because my Dr. visits are getting more frequent which makes it seem even closer. At my last visit she showed me how to feel what position she is in, that was so neat. I had been feeling the usual jabs, prods and moving bumps but it was SO cool to know what was where and which bump was the rump.

A little while ago Skyler and I had the chance to stay at the hotel I work at. Our schedules aren't very permitting to us spending time together for much of the week so it was a nice little get away, without really getting away. We also attended a Blazer game that night, the scores were close the whole time making an exciting crowd. So a riveting game coupled with a luxurious suite made for a really nice relaxing weekend together.
