Pre-Christmas catch-up

As December came upon us, I felt pretty behind in getting pictures taken and cards sent out. Last year we did the traditional setting at Sears, which was ok, I wasn't totally enthusiastic about the results but cards were sent and Hayley's first Christmas was documented.

This year I met a fantastic lady, one I now consider a close friend. Who happens to take AMAZING pictures. So with one week to go until Holiday break, she kindly agreed to come out into the freezing weather, to take our non-Christmas-y/yearly family photo.

I was instantly in love with the results, (which brought tears to my eyes)that she could capture the smiles, and many faces of our family.
Even capturing one with a fruit snack bribe involved!

A huge thanks to Laurel for sharing her talents with us!

Christmas Gifts for the Girls!

I have extra Holiday Skirts if anyone would like them! $10 bucks :)

100% cotton
Will fit size 3-6T easily(The print on this one ^ is small cherries)

Double layers, some with bobbles!

I also have these Sippy cup leashes- $2, they have a loop in the other end, so you just loop it around the stroller or car seat and pull through, attach the cup in the black elastic and you don't have to be picking up cups!
I have 2 of these dressy dark blue dresses in size 18-24mos.
$15

Turkey Day!

This Thanksgiving we ventured to Seaside to spend time with Skyler's parents and family. We had much fun lounging, taking trips to Costco, eating yummy food, playing domino's and laughing our way through Scattergories.
oh and I forgot to mention- it snowed! AT the BEACH! I was so excited obviously that I didn't get a picture of the actual beach with snow on it.

We had fun anyway, Hayley also learned to say snow!

We visited the Seaside Aquarium...

An almost escape by the octopus

Hayley did seem to enjoy the Merry-go-round this time, even though we were the only ones on it.

Day after Thanksgiving Parade in Seaside.

Saturday we left early and made the long drive home to Pullman. Where we had a good 6-8in of snow on the ground.

Cleaning binge

Last night, I said to myself,

"just go for it, the burners really need a scrubbing"

...then it was, "Hmm.. the oven door is kind of gross"

Which led to a half hour of scrubbing out the whole oven and replacing the foil on the bottom.

Then that led to,

" well, we'll be gone for a few days, I should really scrub down/clean out the fridge."

Which led to this:

I swear I didn't help her, I just helped Bunny and Black Bear face the camera rather then having bums out. :)

Craft Fair!

The much anticipated Craft Fair was today at Clarkston HS. It was lots bigger than I had imagined for a HS craft fair! A huge variety of items and sellers. I'll admit that I didn't do super well- but after all it was my first.

Superb day at the park this week
